A people person through and through, Pip has a knack for putting those around her at ease, building connections and creating lasting working relationships. Mindful of nature's needs, she has a deep passion for protecting the natural environment and facilitating social empowerment. Pip uses her people and planning skills to engage with diverse groups and bring about the best possible community and environmental outcomes. 

Away from work, Pip’s building a tiny house, growing her food and spending time with her dogs or out in the hills running. 

​Pip has a Masters of Planning and has worked in a range of planning and community engagement spaces within resource management, community development and parks and recreation.
