Phillip is co-director of Kāhu Environmental, which he founded in 2007 (when it was called Perception Planning) to give clients amazing project results and create a more sustainable future. Before Kāhu, Phil worked on resource management projects for government departments and private firms. For over 20 years he’s been bringing technical planning experience, empathy, creativity and the power of relationships together to exceed your policy expectations. Phil also writes children’s books that his dad illustrates, and never says no to a coffee and a good natter.
