Jen’s love of communication grew after a happy accident with a photocopier.  Long story short, an over-complicated, highly technical, low-excitement process was reborn with a doodle. Since that lightbulb moment, visual communications have become a specialty - perfect for tackling the complex world of environmental planning.

A deep connection with our environment and a love of learning has brought Jen to our team. She enjoys the challenge of making complex simple using everything in her toolkit - plain language, thoughtful graphic design and deep empathy. Jen finds it especially rewarding to share knowledge of how we can all protect our precious natural resources. Oh, and she just adores hairy little jumping spiders - you can’t help but smile at their plucky antics.

Outside of work, Jen loves to swim and all things water. Getting the dogs out on the beach is also a huge favourite (except when they eat stuff that makes them barf on the way home). Jen enjoys learning, creating, and having the freedom to get tattoos. Well, that is if she wasn’t afraid to get a tattoo. Stick-ons are still dangerous looking.
