David Ross

David is this perfect assembly of business analysis, communication, and deep know-how, sprinkled liberally with kindness and a killer playlist. From proposals to time management and red hot financial skills, he makes the administrative side of our jobs seamless. He’s always there for the team and our clients to make sure the ‘business up front’ is clear, efficient, and transparent. Never forgetting about the ‘party out back,’ David reliably schedules regular team hui, social events, and occasional chocolate benders to keep the humans happy and the team culture thriving.

David and his family made the move to Wairarapa in 2012, looking for that elusive work/life balance. Weekends now involve trips into the hills, swimming in our beautiful rivers and exploring the coastlines. David also loves to cook, and brews a pretty decent beer on occasion.
